Junior Sous Chef


We are now hiring a Junior Sous Chef for our 3AA Rosette Restaurant at Pentonbridge Inn. We operate a 4-day working week, Wednesday to Saturday, understanding the need for a good work/life balance. We also offer a comprehensive private healthcare scheme for all our employees. Accommodation is available. Come and join a great team as we continue our journey to a Michelin Star.


Kitchen Porter


The backbone of our food & beverage operations. Primarily responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness, maintaining kitchen organization, and appropriately storing washed dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Front of House - Host


A Host is responsible for making sure that the customer has the best possible experience when arriving at Pentonbridge Inn. Duties include but are not exclusive to greeting guests, showing customers to their respective tables/rooms, and taking bookings over the phone.


Front of House - Server


Previous experience will be considered secondary to your own disposition and character – a great attitude, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to learn are all we ask for! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our small and growing team.


Restaurant Manager


This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our small and growing team overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant service and all aspects of the restaurant experience at Pentonbridge Inn. Experience working in a 3AA rosette standard restaurant is required.
