Haithwaite Farm

A New Venture Opening 2026

Netherby Hall Ltd is spearheading the transformation of Haithwaite Farm, near Penton, into a vibrant eco-tourism, cultural, and heritage destination. With planning permission now granted, the project blends sustainability, community, and rural regeneration while respecting the farm’s traditional character. The development will include a café, farm shop, taphouse, exhibition and heritage centre, estate office, wellness centre, and a mix of holiday and staff accommodation.
